Two articles, both describing the experiences of median systems: a lesser-known form of Plurality.Do note that the creators of this guide are not the nicest of people, but this guide focusing on earlier stages of creating a tulpa are well written and helpful, thus included anyway.Though previous knowledge of Tulpamancy definitions are useful, this piece focuses on debunking Tulpamancy myths for the newcomer (switching again, can be instant and does not require dissociation beforehand).A visual imposition guide breaking down the process of imposition and focuses on how it works includes a lot of visualization.Another inactive podcast channel mostly discussing Tulpamancy, but also other topics on depression, identity, and even gender.Switching can be instant with enough practice and certain methods and dissociation is not a required prerequisite to switching depending on the method. Not necessarily a guide on its own, but this addendum does have incredibly helpful tips for mindsets in Tulpamancy, but do note their definition of switching is subjective and not entirely true. This is a real-life example of what can go wrong in Tulpamancy, but there were outside factors that did affect what happened, namely the use of different drugs that I will not name, so do keep that in mind.

This list may just solve your problems! (The site itself does have very basic information, but it isn’t the most useful.).An unfortunately inactive podcast channel that has episodes on various Tulpamancy topics, though some of the things they describe (like switching and possession) are not objectively accurate or sometimes wrong, so keep that in mind.New to Plurality? This small booklet explains Plurality well and how it can form in people.
